Gil Topaz is an Associate Attorney at Berenzweig Leonard and works on a range of matters such as general corporate matters, employment law, mergers & acquisitions, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Berenzweig Leonard, Gil worked as a corporate associate for a mid-size Virginia firm in Richmond, and as in-house counsel for a private real estate management, investment, and development company in Washington, D.C.

Gil graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2023. During law school, Gil served as a Student Attorney for the Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic and as a Board Member for the Richmond Law and Business Forum. At graduation, Gil was awarded the Faculty Award for Excellence in Corporate and Securities Law.
