Samantha Parker is an Associate Attorney at Berenzweig Leonard LLP, where she focuses her practice on employment law, business litigation, corporate matters, and government contracts.

Samantha previously served the firm as a Summer Law Clerk, supporting attorneys in both litigation and transactional matters. She earned her J.D. from Elon University School of Law in December 2025, where she was a member of the We the People Constitutional Law Journal. During law school, Samantha also interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and completed a judicial residency with the Honorable Judge Michael J. Stading at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
