We are excited to introduce our 2025 Law Clerks! This summer, we are joined by three outstanding law students who will gain real-world experience working alongside our attorneys on matters across all of the firm’s different practice areas.
Samantha Reid is a rising 3L at Elon University School of Law and, in addition to being a former Legal Assistant at Berenzweig Leonard, recently completed internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and with Judge Michael J. Stading in the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Nico Menacho-Foronda is a rising 3L at American University Washington College of Law, where he currently serves as President of the Student Bar Association, and has previous experience as a Federal Judicial intern for Judge Ivan D. Davis in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Sydney Daniel is a rising 2L at Elon University School of Law, where she is a Dean’s Scholar and Business Fellow, and brings her legal experience and a government contracting background to the firm.
