Margot joined Berenzweig Leonard as a Legal Assistant in May 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University. In April of 2025, she completed her Paralegal I and II Certificates at George Mason University.

During her time at VCU, Margot served as a Chairperson and Board Member for Student Conduct and Academic Integrity and held a position on the University’s Board of Visitors. She was also a Founder and Executive Chairperson of Help the Unhoused, an organization created to reduce homelessness stigma and promote self-sustainment opportunities.
