Samantha Collins focuses her practice on business litigation, labor and employment law, and transactional work.

Prior to her joining the firm, Samantha served as law clerk to the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. of the Court of Appeals of Virginia and law clerk to the Honorable Craig D. Johnston, then acting Chief Judge, of the Prince William County Circuit Court. During law school, Samantha worked at various Northern Virginia law offices specializing in business litigation, employment and labor law, and wills, trusts, and estates, interned for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and participated in Berenzweig Leonard’s Law Clerk Program.  Prior to law school, Samantha was a paralegal at one of Washington, D.C.’s top law firms, and was selected to participate in a pro bono rotation at a center to help families in need.
